Iron intake before pregnancy helps build your reserves–during pregnancy, your body needs more iron and your stores can quickly become depleted. We've included a moderate dose of gentle on the stomach iron to help establish your stores without discomfort.

Folate700mcg DFE as Methylfolate

We use Methylfolate, the active form of folic acid, which is clinically proven to increase serum folate levels. Folate is most important in the first few weeks of pregnancy to close the neural tube–but this is before known pregnancy. Starting folate supplementation during the preconception phase is key to optimizing folate status and supporting a healthy pregnancy.

Choline120 mg of Choline as VitaCholine®

Optimal choline is needed before a woman knows she is pregnant to support healthy fetal neural tube development, making supplementation before conception crucial—especially since only 6% of women meet daily needs.

Iodine150 mcg of Iodine

Iodine supports healthy thyroid function, which is important for overall hormonal health, but iodine intake in the US is declining. Iodine supplementation is recommended for at least 3 months prior to conception to ensure optimal levels before pregnancy, where it becomes important for the baby's developing brain.

Vitamin D2,000 IU Vitamin D

Vitamin D is important for immune health, but also beneficial for reproductive health and boosting stores ahead of pregnancy. More than 50% of women have insufficient Vitamin D levels which is why we provide 2,000 IU Vitamin D to promote optimal levels ahead of a healthy pregnancy.

Folate825 DFE of Additional Methylfolate

Folate is most important in the first few weeks of pregnancy to close the neural tube - but this critical time is before known pregnancy. For this reason, we have added additional folate as the bioavailable format of methylfolate.

When should I begin taking the Conception Prenatal Support Pack*?Chevron icon

All of the doctors on our Perelel Panel recommend their patients start on the Conception Prenatal Support Pack around 6 months prior to becoming pregnant. Our medical co-Founder often recommends starting a whole year prior to help your body build up all its nutrient stores and be best prepared to support a pregnancy.*

For any specific concerns however we do recommend you speak to your doctor for your individual needs.

Is the Conception Support Pack clinically studied?Chevron icon

Yes! In a randomized, controlled clinical trial, our Conception Support Pack was proven to significantly increase levels of critical nutrients, including folate, CoQ10, iron, and B12—nutrients essential for reproductive health.†

Are Perelel products third-party tested?Chevron icon

Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. When have a positive pregnancy test, you’ll transition to the 1st Trimester Prenatal Vitamin Pack. Simply email us at hi@perelelhealth.com to let us know the good news. If you're a subscriber, you can log into your account portal to swap your Pack.

So you don't go a day without pills, we recommend taking your Conception Prenatal Support Pack until you receive your 1st Trimester Pack.

My doctor recommended I take more CoQ10. Is that something Perelel offers?Chevron icon

Yes! For those needing additional support in their fertility journeys, we created Fertility+ Support with CoQ10 and NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine). Combined with Conception Support, this would provide 150 mg per day of CoQ10 to provide an additional antioxidant boost.

If you've yet to do your egg retrieval, we recommend you start with our Egg Freeze Support Pack*, which will provide your body (and eggs) with the nutrients it needs to support your body throughout and leading up to the retrieval process. After you're done with that process, we recommend switching to our Conception Support Pack* until you go to your implantation to best prepare your body for an upcoming pregnancy. Best prenatals

I switched to Perelel about 6 months ago and I absolutely love them! I hate taking pills and they are so easy to swallow and I love that they come in pack I just grab one and go everyday. The pack covers everything I need for trying to conceive and have been super happy I made the change when I did. I will be using Perelel for all aspects of pregnancy whenever that time comes.
