Our doctors opted for chelated iron, which is gentler on the stomach. That said, we always recommend taking your Iron Ease with a full meal.
Where do you source your ingredients?Chevron icon
All of our products are manufactured in the USA at high-quality partners that follow FDA's current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure quality and safety. Our ingredients are sourced throughout the world to ensure we have the cleanest and most bioavailable formats of each vitamin or mineral.
Are Perelel products third-party tested?Chevron icon
Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards. In addition, our pre and postnatal formulas have earned us certification from the Clean Label Project, a leading nonprofit that sets one of the industry's highest standards for consumer transparency. We’re proud to have earned Clean Label Project’s highest honor, the Purity Award!

All Perelel shipping materials and boxes are made from recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. As for our sachets, while most local recycling centers only accept certain types of plastic and many common household products don’t make the cut, Perelel will recycle your empty sachets for you and that plastic will be repurposed and upcycled into something else by our partners. To get started, simply save up your empty Perelel sachets and email our team at hi@perelelhealth.com to request a complimentary shipping label to return them to us free of charge. We’ll handle the rest from there.

Daily iron support
After having a terribly low ferritin level, my doctor suggested I take a supplement. So far, I have noticed a huge change in my energy. I am not having a crash at 3 PM in my hair is no longer thinning so this is worth it especially for me.
